Design & Details
This outfit begins with a pullover black stretch velvet dress. The floor-length dress features a V-neckline, deep scoop back, and dramatic lift in the front to recreate Yzma’s stylish outfit. A headpiece with a tall, wired satin curl and a hook-and-loop fastened collar with layers of glittery felt feathers provide fans with Yzma’s signature adornment. Dangle earrings with lightweight plastic medallions finish the look.
