- Transparent (slightly see through)
- Clear latex
- Pre-filled with 3/4″ rose gold metallic, light pink, and white round paper confetti
- Fill with air or helium
- 3 balloons per package
Tip:
Inflate the balloons, then rub the balloon to build of static electricity to get the confetti to stick to the walls of the balloon.
