The costume includes a polyester-spandex jumpsuit with a back zipper, a quilted foam chest armor piece with decorative stitching and hook-and-loop closure, a matching foam belt, a pair of foam gauntlets, and boot tops all styled with fins and rolled cuffs for full aquatic-hero effect.
The foam pieces are structured enough to look great but light enough for a toddler to actually move around in, which matters a lot when their superhero mission involves sprinting across the living room at full speed for no reason.
