Just like Casper the Ghost, this mini Ghost ornament is a friendly ghost, with his arms open wide and a rosy cheeked grin on his face. Halloween has its origins in the ancient festival of Samhain, the Celtic New Year, when spirits were allowed to return to earth to visit. Some Halloween traditions have people dress up in costumes and perform “tricks” to keep evil spirits away, but this little ghost will probably just find it to be great fun!
